MOOKI is a refrigerated milk-and-chia beverage we’re developing in Houston. It brings creamy milk, honey, and whole chia seeds together in one very curious drink.

Our choice for sweetness. We’re getting to know honey producers and asking how their honey is sourced and handled.
Whole chia seeds
The little dots that started it all. Whole chia seeds bring their own texture and make MOOKI look like MOOKI.

Is MOOKI a dairy drink?
Yes. Our starting recipe uses milk, honey, and whole chia seeds. It contains dairy.
Will it be refrigerated?
Yes. We’re developing MOOKI as a refrigerated beverage, made for the fridge.
